Following the agreement signed by Alenia Aermacchi with the Nigerian Air Force, GIT was selected as the supplier for the activities aimed at carrying out additional works on the G222 hangar already built by Alenia at the Ilorin base (Nigeria).

These supplemental activities, required by the NAF, essentially consist of integrating the existing building with the following elements:

• Supply and installation of a 5t bridge crane
• Resin coating of industrial flooring
• Tiling of service areas and offices
• Construction of the sewage storage tank
• Completion of electrical installations and testing of the same
• Connection of the building to the existing power grid, after checking the remaining availability
• Connection to the existing water supply network
• Testing of various plants and structures (also static), for the purpose of delivery to the Client (NAF)
• Any other activities that have emerged also following the performance of the assignment as per the Tender Specification
• Other activities that may be required for the completion and delivery of the building to the final customer.

The professional activities required relate to the following macro activities:

• Drafting of additional technical requirements for the contracting of additional works
• Drafting of authorization documentation
• Works management activities
• Activities of safety coordination and project manager
• Assistance to the final testing of the customer and the final delivery of the building.
