He graduated with honours in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Structural engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1992. PhD in Structural Engineering.
Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
His interests include concrete fracture mechanics, computational mechanics, dam behaviour under static and seismic loads, and snow avalanche dynamics.
Author of several publications in international and national journals and articles relating to national and international conferences.
