Born in Biella in 1970, he graduated as a surveyor from the Vaglio Rubens Institute for Surveyors in Biella in 1989.
He has been a member of the Register of Surveyors of the province of Biella, registration no. 665, since 01/01/1993.
He began his profession in the local area and then specialized in the field of topography and measuring systems.
He is a partner of Gruppo Ingegneria Torino and he is Head of the Topography Sector.
